Our semi nomadic lifestyle is coming to an end.

After 18 years of semi-nomadic lifestyle, that season is coming to an end.

You may recall we had to move out of our home in New Zealand in 2008 having lost the house due to the property crash and bankruptcy. This happened at the exact time Father God asked us to go to the nations carrying the revelation of his love. We have lived in and out of suitcases, stayed with friends around the world and latterly had an ideal base to live in here in Ropley provided by dear friends. Many have connected with us along the way and enabled us to continue to follow the path in step with the Father.

In the last year we have sensed this style of living was coming to an end, not least following my heart attack in the USA last September. We are both well but also we are both 73 this year and are naturally slowing down a bit and pacing ourselves. Ministry continues but at a slightly less busy pace. We are thrilled to see how doors continue to open up.  My book, - The Big Picture, finding the Father in the Bible - first published in 2021 is being published in Polish and being translated into German.  Since 2021 we speak at conferences on this theme and under the title “The Big Picture.” We anticipate this continuing for the foreseeable future.

In the meantime, we have found ourselves being drawn to looking for a place, a home, we can call our own, one we can manage now and will still be ideal when we are older and maybe not quite so active or mobile. To that end we have found a house we can afford to buy near Liskeard in Cornwall.  We are delighted, excited and a bit daunted all at the same time. If all goes to plan we will take possession sometime late July early August and we hope to physically move down to Cornwall in early September.

There will be challenges ahead. We have to furnish the house from scratch as all of our furniture has been scattered over the years and some of it is in our children’s homes in New Zealand! We are going to need everything from a washing machine to table and chairs, from fridge to a sofa! So Linda has begun nesting!!! The house has a guest room so we are looking forward to hosting friends. The great thing about the new place is that it has a garden which is really a blank canvas and has lots of scope to keep me busy and out of mischief. (Linda was wondering what to do with me and is very happy about that!!)

We continue to take up ministry opportunities as and when they come our way and will factor in travel to and from Cornwall.

Our Itinerary is on this website under the title - Our Comings and Goings  Also there are ways to support us financially as we progress in this new season if you feel prompted go to the page.
